What To Expect?

A two-day intensive tailored to the experienced leader's journey. Participants will immerse themselves in a cohort of peers across industries, engaging in expert-led discussions, collaborative problem-solving, and actionable strategies to elevate their Leaderhood experience.

Leadership at the experienced level comes with its privileges but also complexity and responsibility—and too often, leaders find themselves navigating these challenges alone. Embracing Leaderhood™ for Experienced Leaders is an immersive two-day retreat. An intensive that is designed to meet leaders where they are and equip them with the strategies, insights, and peer connections needed to lead with confidence, clarity, and purpose.

Participants will immerse themselves in expert-led discussions, collaborative problem-solving, and will leave with actionable strategies tailored to their leadership journey. Through interactive experiences, assessments, and coaching, leaders will refine their ability to:

  • Understand their leadership impact – identifying how they show up in moments of change, challenge, and stress.
  • Harness energy leadership – recognizing and adjusting the energy they bring to their leadership interactions.
  • Apply the BICEPS framework – using neuroscience-backed strategies to navigate workplace dynamics.
  • Lead with a coaching mindset – strengthening their ability to empower, guide, and develop their teams.
  • Balance empowerment and accountability – cultivating trust while ensuring alignment and results.
  • Recalibrate their leadership approach – integrating new perspectives that enhance workplace culture and team engagement.

This experience is not about theoretical leadership principles—it’s about intentional practice.

This 1.5 day experience includes breakfast, lunch, snacks/beverages, happy hour (after the first full day only).

Who's Invited?

Seasoned leaders who are ready to refine their leadership craft, challenge their assumptions, and engage deeply in expert-led discussions and collaborative problem-solving. Specifically, leaders with at least three years of leadership experience and a team of direct reports.
